Description
Carbondale's lo-fi slacker rock trio, here with their second album, Twinless. Topple has been a local basement scene staple since 2017, when their first release, Good Bacteria, dropped. I find their sound unique because each song takes you on a pretty long journey, experimenting with song structure and transitions, while having a pretty stripped down, 3 piece band. It really puts their creativity and musicianship on display. This album only has 5 tracks but plays like a full length. It's only a testament to their ingenuity.
